Internship
Desired Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university as a undergrad or graduate student
- Sports Administration, Recreation Management or related major preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of website functionality
- Experience working with various social media entities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to be the best
- Ability to complete work on deadline in a quick and precise manner
- Knowledge of the sports industry (lacrosse knowledge and/or playing experience is a plus)

Paid Employment
Finish Line Lacrosse is looking for part-time field staff and miscellaneous help at all of our lacrosse events. Finish Line Lacrosse is in charge of marketing and executing team tournaments and individual recruiting showcases all over the country.
Below you will find information regarding job responsibilities and duties.
This is a paid position. Finish Line Lacrosses pays $10/hr for each event. Events usually run from 7:00am-6:00pm at night. Some are one-day events and others are two-day. No lacrosse knowledge needed. For out-of-state events, hotels and reimbursement for gas will be provided.
Event (Onsite) Responsibilities:
Setup and Breakdown:
- Assist Tournament Director with all field/site setup before event
- Assist Tournament Director with all field/site breakdown after event
Check-In:
- Assist at Tournament Headquarters with the check-in of teams and individuals
- Direct teams/individuals in the correct direction for games
Headquarters Table Supervision:
- Handle customer questions and concerns
- Be sure all announcements are made in a timely fashion throughout the event
- Direct customers in the correct direction
Field Operations:
- Start games on time
- Keep game time and game scores throughout each game
- Be sure all scores of games are collected and reported to the Headquarters table
- Report any problems to Tournament Director
